YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS

‍A movent and martial arts based flow system that develops—awareness, readiness, resilience and confidence in kids ages 10-18. This evolving system draws directly from my personal experiences, education and involvement in martial arts, movement flow systems, athletic performance and research and application on development in physical and emotional intelligence. It is designed intentionally for parents who want their child to develop and improve in: coordination, balance and athletic movement quality—confidence in physical and social environments—focus, discipline and attention— overall body awareness and presence.

We offer 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 programs—creating a focused environment for growth, trust, and individualized attention. This is an in-person 4 week program with 2 sessions per week. But can also be tailored to fit the specific needs of the family and child.

This system is designed to develop and evolve physical, mental and emotional capacity and strength for real life situations.

With nearly two decades of hands-on experience working with private clients, collaborating with elite coaches and medical professionals and mentoring up and coming trainers —I bring a practical, no nonsense, relational and deeply human approach to trainer and coach development and business consulting. I’ll help them and you build lasting relationships with clients that flourish and become prosperous. This is not about counting transactions or membership numbers. My work focuses on human connection, humor, trust, honesty, accountability and vulnerability.
